Practical AI workshops for founders and teams.

Small, hands-on sessions built around your real work. Every workshop ends with something that works on Monday, not a slide deck about what AI might do one day.

Build Your AI Second Brain in 90 Minutes

Turn scattered notes, PDFs, and work history into a small knowledge system your AI can actually use. Leave with one question answered from a source you can verify.

For consultants, advisors, founders, and independent professionals.

You leave with

  • One Obsidian vault in a location you can find and control
  • A useful first batch of 5–10 notes or files, not a giant migration
  • One real work question answered from a traceable source
  • A simple rule for what to add, exclude, and maintain

AI Workflow Opportunity Lab

Map the repeated work inside your team, separate valuable AI opportunities from distractions, and choose one small system worth testing first.

For leadership, operations, sales, and customer-facing teams.

You leave with

  • A map of your team’s repeated work, with rough hours per week next to each task
  • Every idea sorted into quick win, experiment, bigger project, or ignore for now
  • One workflow chosen to test first, and the number it should move
  • A 30-day check that tells you whether it worked

From AI Demo to Daily Workflow

Learn how to give AI clear jobs, add review checkpoints, and keep a human in control, using live systems and your team’s real workflows.

For teams using ChatGPT or Claude without a shared way of working.

You leave with

  • A shared way to brief AI: the job, the context, and what “good” looks like
  • Clear review checkpoints: what AI can draft, and what a person checks before a customer sees it
  • One of your team’s real tasks rebuilt as a repeatable workflow
  • Simple rules for what data never goes into an AI tool

The first pilot taught me what not to do.

A session with two insurance advisors made the problem unmistakable: their knowledge was spread across Notion, Drive, Dropbox, PDFs, and private insurer portals. We tried to connect too much at once and spent the session troubleshooting instead of proving that retrieval worked.

The workshop now starts with a preflight checklist, one supported setup, a tiny first batch, clear privacy boundaries, and a retrieval test before anyone calls it finished.

I also co-developed a personality-based communication training programme listed under SkillsFuture, Singapore's national continuing-education framework, and recognised by the Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore (IBF).
