In 2023 I raised $500K in angel funding to build Mindreader, an AI-powered sales intelligence platform, from a proprietary dataset of 40,000+ labeled profiles and custom computer vision models for buyer personality inference.
As CTO & Co-Founder, I led a team of 10 and architected the full platform stack — AI inference pipelines, backend APIs, web applications, and automated reporting — reaching thousands of users across financial advisory, insurance, banking, and real estate teams in Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.
That work has been recognized with awards from Tech X Summit, APAC CIO Review, and the C-Suite Awards, backed by Y Combinator Startup School, Microsoft for Startups, and Google for Startups, and featured on CNA and Yahoo.
Before Mindreader, I built high-throughput backend systems at Rakuten (peak 200k requests/min) and shipped applied ML and NLP projects with Omdena and GovTech Singapore.
I used to run Mindreader through a team of 10 people.
Now I run it through a team of AI agents — the same judgment, applied to a different kind of team. Agents handle 80-90% of the daily execution across my products; the part I keep for myself is what to build, what to kill, and who to trust.
That's the experience I bring to founder-led businesses now — having raised capital, shipped AI products at real scale, and managed both human teams and agent teams to run a company.
