About

I'm interested in how decisions fail before execution.

Most bad outcomes don't come from lack of intelligence or effort.
They come from misreading the situation — overweighting the wrong signal, ignoring context, or assuming clarity where there isn't any.

The same situation can look radically different depending on perspective, role, timing, and inner state.
Under pressure, judgment collapses first.

My work focuses on judgment and sensemaking, not as abstract theory, but as something that can be designed, tested, and operationalized.

I build and experiment with frameworks, tools, and systems — often using software as a way to make thinking visible and executable.
I treat systems as mirrors for interpretation, not authorities to defer to.

This site is a place to think in public —
and a record of how ideas become systems.
