Across sessions, we typically work through:

• Where work is scattered across tools, notes, and memory — and what that's actually costing you
• Which parts of your workflow are worth systemizing with AI first, and which aren't yet
• Building the system in small, approved steps — never "dump it in and hope"
• Keeping momentum between sessions, so progress doesn't stall the moment we hang up

This is especially useful when:
